comments: He is a horrible teacher. He grades his essays based on some sort of list that he makes up. However, he doesn't show you this list when you go in and ask him. He takes off points when you have a right answer, but it wasn't everything he wanted. Unless you can read his mind, avoid him at all cost |

comments: SFA needs to really review this teacher and his success rate of passing students. In my class, the average exam grade overall was a 30! When you have that many students failing every single exam, something is wrong. His tests are way too hard. SFA students need a different professor for this class. I would say avoid taking him but it's your only option for BIO 238. Sad, isn't it. |

comments: I thought this guy was really cool. His tests were pretty difficult, but he's a good teacher. He gives practice questions before each test and if you know how to work those then you should do well on the test. I would recommend him. |

comments: Overall great professor. You can learn so much from his class. I recommend him!! His exams can be hard if you don't study, but he has a website where he posts his old exams and some questions come from those old exams. He always curves his exams-he will also try to help you with the homework which are mainly 5 assignments per semester (count as one test grade). Jones also drops your lowest exam and curves all the exams. Alot of opportunity to make extra credit and he also does not take attendance |

comments: This class was by far the toughest class I ever took on the SFA campus.
Mr. Jones was intimidating on the first day...every word that came out of his mouth had at least 12 letters.
Over time, I got used to his jargon and realized that he is a very fair teacher. He gives you plenty of quizzes, to give you a chance to improve your score, and at the end of the semester, you get the chance to drop your lowest major score.
I received a D in the class. If you're an International Business major like myself, pray. |

comments: I took this coures thinking that economics was the hardest course. But Dr jones proved me wrong. He is a very good prof.!!! if you take good notes you don't even have to buy the text book. He gives you a study guide for every test and the study guide is basically the test. |

comments: He is the best theatre teacher at SFA. He is intelligent yet funny at the same time. He knows everything about theatre history! You will have fun in this class and learn alot. As long as you stay active, read, and participate in discussions, you will do great. |
